As a tribute to our past and present soldiers and their families, I thought it would be appropriate to just pause today and reflect and honor the men and women who have made and are making such a great sacrifice on behalf of our country. Let’s keep em in prayer y’all.
P.S. The actual “To My Soldiers” music video is still in the works so stay on the lookout for it.
Just wanted to follow-up on the interview with Sista Shawn and Gospel Impact Radio. It was wonderful and actually lasted a lot longer than I thought it would. DJ Sista Shawn is a true sweetheart and a blessing, not only did she allow me to just share my heart but she let me setup To My Soldiers, Colors, and Family and played them all the way through. It was such a good interview that I thought I’d make it available (in it’s entirety) to anyone who may have missed it…so here it is.
Enjoy!

Hey what’s up everybody. I’m doing a music a video for the song “To My Soldiers” off my self titled EP. Be sure to join my email list or register to the blog so you can stay up to date on things. Also, let’s remember to keep our troops and their families in prayer.
Lord, please give us wisdom on how to reach people…people of all walks of life. Don’t allow our hearts to be pre-judgemental but show us how to be lead by you in all we say and do. We also ask for your wisdom in business practices. Anoint us to use our gifts and talents exactly how you would want us to. Lastly, help us to remember that it’s not what we do that impresses you-it’s who we are. Thank you for hearing this prayer in Jesus name. Amen.
